It is not however, without rewards which include among others: The satisfaction of working for a greater good. The delight of a child. The smile of a parent and the thanks of the community in helping build a legacy for the community and others to enjoy in the years to come!

A family day in the park leaves an everlasting mark!

Have a special talent that you would like to share? We need volunteers! Work outside at the park, work on a committee or work on a project at home!

HURRY TO THE PARK!

Forestry Manager:

Someone to oversee the trails in the wooden areas of the park and to lead a crew of volunteers. Maintain the nature trails, develop a Environmental Learning Center team, and manage the allocated budget for forestry.

Committee/Event Volunteer:

Someone to assist in developing new committees and has creative ideas, plus a willingness to volunteer at park events and activities.

Facilities Scheduler:

Someone who likes working on the computer that will maintain a master list and schedule of reservations and events in the park, The pavilions, ball fields, Environmental Learning Center, park-sponsored events and future facilities.

Gardens and Plantings Supervisor:

Someone who loves nature that will work directly with volunteers to develop and maintain gardens and other planting in the park.
